I really like fish tacos and when I found out I could make them just as good as take out at home I was happy. They only require a few ingredients and are pretty quick to make.
- Tortillas (corn or flour size you like)
- Cole Slaw mix
- Tilapia frozen
- Black Beans
You want to mix the coleslaw, lime, and 1/2 cup of the mayo. I usually just add mayo until it is to my liking. While doing this be sure you are heating the fish up in the oven. You can chose what kind of fish you want but I have found this specific brand of Tilapia work well in these tacos.
When the fish is cooked and cooled you want to cut it into small pieces. Put some fish, beans and coleslaw mix on the tortilla and enjoy!
