Confessions Friday 2/20 (more of a rant)

This week has been so busy I do not really have any confessions but more of a rant. I have had a horrible week. I did something I should not have and am not sharing many details on what happened. I want to do something to better myself and start over and am sick of people saying that "people like me do not change." That's bull sh** to me. I can change if I want to change and will not redo what I have done in the past. If only these people knew that I have done worse than this before and have changed A LOT!
Change is something you have to want and I do want to change. I do not fit in some category with people who have done what I have. I am me and people need to understand that.

I am done now. I had to get this out and want it on my blog.
What confessions do you have this week? Rant if you need to.

  1. I just want to know when speaking your beliefs became synonymous with forcing them on others? That's my rant LOL I hope your next week is better!

  3. It is never too late to change anything about yourself. That is the blessing in a new day! I feel guilty daily for little things.... But all we can do is keep trying! Thank you for sharing.

  4. Change is good--and EVERYONE is capable of changing. I sometimes think people say that "others" can not change because they don't want to believe that the person can or they would rather think negatively about that person-----the heck with them!!

  5. Certainly everyone is capable of changing, but only when you want to do it for yourself. I wouldn't change anything about myself for anyone. Ever!

  6. Change is something that to some extent we all need to do. I am trying to change to see the more positive side of things instead of always going to the negative.

  7. Measuring our successes against our own experiences is way better than listening to someone else measure our successes or values against what they think we should be/do. Sorry you had a bad week.

  8. I can't even think about anything to rant about. I'm sorry you feel like you had a failure last week, and hope that this next week you will remember what happened and learn from it.

  9. I'm sorry someone told you that you can't change. I don't like when people think that or project it on others. I've changed, I'm not the same person I was in my teens....most of us aren't....because we don something different. Life and time change and the choices you make each day and the beliefs you have greatly shape your potential for change, It sounds like you've had a rough week. I'm sorry, and I hope you will gain some insight!
