WB Kitchen Review

WB Kitchen is a company based locally in Colorado. I love working with local companies. They make cookies and bars. Their products are gluten free, grain free, dairy free, no refined sugars, and do not contain preservatives. They are made out nuts, coconut oil, and raw unfiltered honey. The bars have a shelf life of nine months and the cookies six months.  I was sent a variety to try out.

I was sent cookies in flavors: coconut shortbread, peanut butter, brownie, cinnamon raisin, and maple pecan. I was sent bars in the flavor of honey nut, peanut ginger spice, and chocolate chocolate chip. Sometimes gluten free cookies have a weird taste or c=I have noticed some crumble easily. These cookies and bars held up well and taste great. I really liked the peanut butter cookies.

These make great snacks or small deserts on the go. You can pick your own snacks up at stores like Natural Grocers and Whole Foods.  You can learn more about the product and connect with the company using the links below.

  1. Guess once the snow leaves I will have to make my way to Whole Fiids and try some of these out. They sound really good-and I am a cookie monster!
