Buddhi Box Review

*Disclosure: I was provided complimentary samples in order to facilitate my review. These are my opinions and experiences and yours may differ.*

Buddhi box is a monthly subscription box that sends you items to enhance your yoga practice and lifestyle. They offer boxes at different price points starting at $11.95 going up to $30.95. You can pick a 6 month or month to month subscription. If you just want to try it out you can do the smallest box. I was sent a box to check out and I really like what was inside!

This is what I found when I opened the box:

There were cards with a recipe with a quote on one side, a yoga pose and how to do it, and other goodies.

My favorite item in the box as the incense sticks. They smell awesome. I was sent flowers and spice scent.

This is an important item if you are using a yoga mat. It is Akima yoga mat spray. It is used to clean your mat off after each use. It is anti-microbial and anti-bacterial. It has a light citrus scent as well.

These green tea mints had to be hidden because my daughter likes them a lot. They are leaf shaped dragonfruit flavored mints. They are pretty yummy and kill that bad breath.

I have not gotten to try the next item yet. It is Danmala teas loose leaf tea. I do not have an infuser but have been looking in to getting one. I can't wait to try the tea.

Water thru skin bracelets are something I have never heard of.  You put the bracelet on and tie three knots in it making a wish for each knot. You leave it on until it falls of on its own. You can read the picture below for more on it.

Ever find yourself slipping and sliding all around your yoga mat? Aurorae has a rosin bad for that. All you need to do is rub it a little in your hands and it increases your gripping power and no more sliding around. It is derived from natural materials from trees, plants, and rocks.

Lastly is the Original Yoga Sak. It is a wet bag to put things in. You could put your sweaty workout gear in it after a workout or use as you wish. I will use mine to put workout gear in before and after working out. It is a pretty good sized bag as you can see in the bottom picture.

I really like the box this month and might even go order next months. If you would like to order yours or connect with the company please use the links below.

  1. If I did yoga I would certainly entertain the thought of purchasing this box. They certainly have thought of everything! Many of those items could also be used for other workout activities as well.

  2. I wonder how soon before that bracelet falls off especially since you're showering every day. It does seem like a great box for yoga enthusiasts. Me personally have yet to get into yoga or although it was suggested for my back pain.
