Summer is coming and we have already had some real warm days here in Colorado (also cold ones). That means it is time for some ice cream! I was more than happy to do a review on Moose Tracks ice cream. I have never tried it before unless it was when I was a small kid.
I went to my local Safeway store and found a good variety to chose from. I decided to get Original Moose Tracks and Caramel Caribou.
I did get the light version of the Caramel Caribou. It just had a little less calories and less sugar. The Caramel Caribou had caramel and peanut butter chocolate chunks in it and was sooo yummy. The Original one had chocolate swirls and chocolate peanut butter chunks in it. It was really good too. These are both two year old approved in our house which was a plus.
The two year old loved hers in a waffle cone. Usually she does not go for ice cream but I think as she has gotten older she has started to like it more. She really likes the Original Moose Tracks flavor. She is a chocolate lover and I am the caramel lover.
Denali is the company that makes these ice creams. They have over 30 different flavors available and my local store carried about 10 of them. You can see a list of them here: Flavors. We will definitely be trying some other flavors soon. You can learn more about the company and find out where to purchase at Moose Tracks Online.
