Gluten-Free Breakfast Ideas

Most kids are back to school and that means moms are scrambling to get them fed. Canyon Bake House is here to help get gluten-free meals on the table to give your kids (and yourself) much needed nourishment.
I was sent a variety or breads to try out.

The first thing I tried were the cranberry crunch muffins. I had one for breakfast and shared with my daughter. I was surprised that she actually liked them. Usually she does not eat gluten-free muffins because most of the time they are too dry. These were not dry and were very flavorful. You can make it a complete breakfast with a hard boiled egg.  We both liked them a lot!  




We also loved the raisin bread! Raisin bread is one of my favorites but it is even better if it is gluten-free. This bread had a lot of raisins and was so soft and yummy. I ate it with some cream cheese and coffee but it was also good with almond and peanut butters. It would also make a great after school snack for the kids. 



I was also sent some 7-grain sandwich bread and some mountain white bread. These are both excellent to use in kids lunches or your own at home. The mountain white with some avocado and cheese would be a healthy yummy breakfast and it gives you the good fats you need. The 7-grain would make a great toast and if you add some meat like turkey it can be a filling breakfast.
