Miss Humblebee's Academy Review/Giveaway

*Disclosure: I was provided complimentary product in order to facilitate my review. These are my opinions and experiences only and yours may differ.*

My daughter is at the age when she is curious and learning new things daily. When I was contacted by Miss Humblebee's Academy I was excited to try it out with my daughter.

The website is a virtual learning academy to prepare kids for kindergarten. It has interactive lessons in the subjects of: math, science & social studies, art, music, and reading. Christine loves to color so she really enjoys the activities with colors and the coloring pages.

When you first log in you can customize your child's avatar.

You can choose a male or female and then dress and put hair on them. This will be your child's character in the academy. After you have done that you get to start learning!

There are two ways to pick lessons. You can click on the whiteboard and it will take you through one lesson at a time in no particular order. The second way is on the menu at the bottom. You can click on choose a lesson and pick one that your child would like to do.

The below pictures are Christine learning her bone names. She enjoyed it as you can see.

I have a touchscreen computer so this program works great for my daughter. She does not quite get the mouse but she knows if she touches the screen it responds to her. She has a lot of fun doing the activities and singing along with the songs.

As your child progresses in the lessons you will earn coins and puzzle pieces. These are to buy items in the store to put in your aquarium. This is just some added fun for the kids. There is also the puzzle room and art room. You can print out coloring pages from these rooms. The music room has great songs that I have not heard in a long time. Nursery rhymes I remember from being a kid. So glad I get to teach them to my daughter.

Each week the website will send you a progress report. This report lets you know how your child is doing and what they have been doing. This is helpful for parents to know where their child needs work. There is a lot to this site and I did not want to make my post too long so I may have left some areas out. Please check the site out for yourself at Miss Humblee Academy. You can subscribe for $12.95/month per child or $129/year per child.

I am lucky enough that I will be doing a giveaway for a free year's subscription! You can enter below. Good luck!
