Bible In a Year Review/Giveaway

*Disclosure: I am a Tommy Nelson Mommy and was provided complimentary books to facilitate my review. These are my experiences and opinions yours may differ.*

I will admit that I have never read the whole bible. I do however plan to use a bible in a year plan and do it. This Bible in a year is geared towards kids age 5-12. I just might use this one because it has little notes and definitions at the bottom. It even starts out with teaching your child how to read the bible. It has a bible timeline and even maps in the back. This particular bible is the NCV (new century version) translation. It is a version kind of like amplified (written for anyone to understand). It is really a great study bible for young kids and even preteens.
My family will be using this bible to do daily readings and studying out of as a family. I think it is fun to get the family together and study together. When the little one is older it will be funner. Right now she loses interest. This bible is set up so that each day you will read about 3 books (sometimes more or less). You can then take family time and talk about what you have read or have your child ask any questions they might have about the daily reading. It is a great way to teach kids or study by yourself.
If your family has a resolution of reading the bible more than you need this one. You can enter below to win your own copy. Good luck!

  1. We have not read through the Bible in a year as a family. I have personally been trying to read through the Bible in year & recently lost the Bible & book marks I was using.
